Installation Procedure: 1. Turn off the water supply to the tub/shower. 2. Remove the center cover and knob, then slide off the outer sleeve. 3. Take off the brass bonnet, either by hand or with gentle use of pliers. 4. Replace the old cartridge, checking for any sediment or debris in the tube and cleaning as necessary. 5. Insert the new cartridge, threading and tightening the brass bonnet. 6. Clean all components if removing the back plate and old caulking. 7. Slide back the sleeve, replace the bottom plate, and secure in place. 8. Reinstall the knob, center cap, and ensure everything is properly installed.
